Terms and conditions of sale
These terms govern the services provided by CENTRE D’AFFAIRES DU PARC SARL AU, trading as Centre D’affaires du Parc.
1. Purpose
Centre D’affaires du Parc provides support services in company formation, registered office domiciliation, accounting and tax, corporate legal work, website design and digital marketing.
2. Quote and order
Each engagement is the subject of a written proposal specifying its scope, price and terms of performance. The engagement begins when the client accepts this proposal.
3. Prices
The prices shown on this website correspond to our support services. They do not include official fees, registration duties, stamp duties, publication fees and administrative taxes related to formalities, which are recharged at their actual cost with no mark-up.
Published prices are given for information and may change. The applicable price is the one stated in the accepted proposal.
4. Client’s obligations
The client undertakes to provide accurate information and the requested documents within timeframes compatible with the progress of the file. Centre D’affaires du Parc cannot be held responsible for delays caused by missing, incomplete or incorrect documents.
5. Timelines
The timelines announced are indicative. Some formalities depend on government offices and third parties whose processing times we do not control. We keep the client informed of the progress of their file and of anything likely to change its schedule.
6. Domiciliation
Domiciliation is the subject of a separate contract specifying its term, renewal and mail handling arrangements. The address provided is reserved for use as a registered office and for receiving mail as agreed in the contract.
7. Web services
Website design services are based on specifications approved before work starts. Unless otherwise stated in the proposal, hosting and maintenance are covered by a separate annual plan. The domain name remains the property of the client.
8. Payment
Payment terms are specified in the proposal. Non-payment may lead to the engagement being suspended after prior notice to the client.
9. Confidentiality
Centre D’affaires du Parc treats as confidential all information it becomes aware of in the course of an engagement, and uses it solely to carry out that engagement.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action.
