How much does it cost to set up a SARL in Morocco in 2026?

The price advertised for “setting up a company” is only one line of the budget. What matters is what you will actually have paid by the end of the first year: incorporation, official fees, a registered office address, accounting — and, depending on your project, a trademark or a website. Here is each item, with our current prices including VAT.

1. Incorporating the company

Our incorporation fees start at 1,999 MAD with the Formation Starter package: advice on the legal form, negative certificate, articles of association, registration, business tax enrolment, trade register registration and legal publications.

On top of this come the official fees — duties, taxes and publications — re-invoiced at cost, with no margin: about 1,400 MAD. Our packages with domiciliation include them: the price shown is the price you pay. Details on our company formation in Morocco page.

2. The registered office address

Every company needs a registered office. If you have no premises, domiciliation is the simplest solution: 840 MAD per year in Casablanca, 1,200 MAD per year at Central Parc in Mohammedia, contract and mail handling included. Renting an office just for the address costs far more and commits you for the long term.

3. Accounting, from the first month

A registered company must keep its accounts and file its returns, even if its activity has not started yet. It is the item founders most often forget in their budget. Our annual packages:

• dormant company: 3,000 MAD per year (nil returns);
• company starting out: 5,000 MAD per year (Accounting Essential, VAT and corporate income tax returns included);
• average volume of transactions: 9,500 MAD per year (annual tax return and court filing included);
• with employees and payroll: 14,900 MAD per year (Full management).

4. Useful, but not mandatory

• Protecting your name: registering the company does not protect its name as a trademark. An OMPIC filing starts at 3,900 MAD for one class, fees included (trademark registration).
• Being online: a professional one-page website starts at 2,999 MAD (website design).

5. Three first-year budgets

Starting lean, without premises — Formation Starter, official fees, one year of domiciliation in Casablanca and nil returns until activity starts: 7,239 MAD for the first year.

All-inclusive, activity starting — Business Pack (official fees, 12 months of domiciliation, .ma domain name and email address included) and Accounting Essential: 13,400 MAD.

Launching a brand — 360° Launch Pack + Trademark (official fees, 24 months of domiciliation, one-page website, logo and trademark filing included) and Accounting Essential: 19,999 MAD.

What this budget does not include

The share capital is not an expense: it is a contribution that remains the company’s property. Bank fees, equipment and, where applicable, salaries depend on your project. All our prices include VAT and are listed, package by package, on our pricing page.
