Which documents to prepare to form your company

A formation file moves at the speed of its missing documents. Here is what we usually ask for, so you can gather it even before our first conversation.

Identity documents

An identity document for each partner: national ID card front and back, or passport for non-residents. A sharp photo taken with your phone is enough, as long as everything is legible — including the small print.

Three company name proposals

We ask you for three names, in order of preference. This is not excessive caution: a name already taken or too close to an existing one is refused, and having alternatives avoids restarting the process from scratch.

A few tips: a name that can be pronounced over the phone, whose spelling can be guessed, and whose domain name is still available if you plan a website.

The negative certificate, if you have it

If you have already obtained this document, send it to us: that is one step fewer. Otherwise we take care of it, there is nothing to do on your side.

Proof of registered office

Lease, domiciliation certificate or title deed depending on your situation. This document becomes unnecessary if you take our domiciliation: we draw up the contract ourselves.

The capital split

A simple document, or even a message, stating the amount of share capital and each partner’s share. This information structures the articles of association, and it is also the point on which we most readily advise you — a poorly thought-out split is paid for later.

How to send it all to us

As soon as your request is sent, a file opens in your name, with the list of expected documents and an upload space for each. You access it through a secret link, without creating an account, and you can come back as many times as needed.

If your file requires an additional document, it will appear in this same list. PDF or image, 8 MB maximum per document.

What we never ask for through the website

We never ask for any code, password or banking credentials by form, email or message. If you receive such a request in our name, it does not come from us.
