Same city or elsewhere
A transfer within the jurisdiction of the same court is handled by an amendment to the trade register. If the new address falls under another court — from Casablanca to Mohammedia, for example — the file goes through both registries. We tell you from the start which case applies to you.
Switching to domiciliation
Leaving premises for a domiciliation address is one of the most common transfers. Our domiciliation contract then serves as proof of the new address: from 840 MAD per year in Casablanca, 1,200 MAD per year at Central Parc in Mohammedia.
After registration
The registered office address appears on your invoices, tax returns and contracts. Once the transfer is registered, it must also be updated with the tax administration, the CNSS, your bank and your partners: we tell you what remains to be done.
