Our services

What we take care of

Each procedure is priced according to your file. Tell us what you need and we will reply with a firm quote.

These services are priced case by case: their cost depends on your company's legal form, the volume to handle and the applicable official fees. Tell us what you need and we will come back to you with a firm quote.

Capital and partners

A capital increase, a transfer of shares or the arrival of a new partner changes the capital distribution recorded in the articles of association. Depending on the case, the other partners' consent, a share transfer deed or a deposit of funds is required: we tell you what applies to your company before drafting anything.

Activity and company name

Adding or removing an activity or changing the name also requires amending the articles of association — and, for a new name, checking first that it is available. If the name matters for your image, consider protecting it as a trademark.

One meeting for several changes

Several changes can often be decided together: one meeting, one set of formalities. Tell us everything that is changing and we will group what can be grouped.

A question not answered here? Call us and we will address your specific situation.

It is quoted case by case, depending on the changes and the official fees that apply. Several changes decided together cost less than separate procedures.

In a SARL, a transfer to a person outside the company is in principle subject to the partners' approval, under the conditions set by law and by the articles of association. We check yours and prepare the appropriate procedure.

No. A company name registered with the trade register is not a trademark: to protect the name, it must be filed with OMPIC.
